TUESDAYS 7-8:30 4 WEEKS AUG 14 - SEPT 4
An open time for getting your body moving to incredible music. Class begins with a guided improvisational warm-up and transitions into movement progressions in space. Most classes will include some choreography and phrase work and end with stretching and breathing. This class is for adults with some movement experience.

TUESDAYS 7-8:30 4 WEEKS SEPT 18 - OCT 9
This six week class takes participants from idea to performance. Exploring the powerful opportunity performing provides us with, Maryn shares her love of using performance as a means for staying present. Working with discovered narrative, storytelling, and the craft of choreographic mapping, Maryn guides students through the process of bringing ideas to life with the intention of public performance. This class culminates in a final performance of solo works developed in class.

Want some feedback on your work? Grow as an artist with a willingness to push yourself technically and emotionally reaching for the core of your expression and creative process.
Share your work-in-progress, raw idea, or be an active audience- artists of all mediums and experience are welcome. After each showing, there will be a moderated discussion focusing on constructive feedback. We’ll use various feedback techniques that offer non judgemental audience reflections.
